Refund & Chargeback Policy

At XoticPets, we sell digital game items and virtual goods. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are subject to the following terms.

No Refunds After Delivery

All products sold by XoticPets are digital goods and virtual game items.

Once a digital game item, virtual good, or digital product has been delivered, transferred, traded, or otherwise made accessible to the customer, the sale is considered final.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not available after successful delivery.

Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation only if the order has not yet been fulfilled and the item has not been delivered.

Once delivery has occurred, cancellations will not be granted under any circumstances.

Delivery Confirmation

A product is considered delivered when the purchased item has been successfully transferred, traded, sent, or otherwise provided to the customer through the intended platform.

Proof of delivery may include, but is not limited to:

  • Order records
  • Transaction records
  • Trade confirmations
  • Screenshots
  • Customer communications
  • Delivery logs
  • Other documentation demonstrating successful fulfillment of the order

Customer Agreement

By placing an order, submitting payment, or purchasing from XoticPets, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital game item, virtual good, or digital product.
  • Digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered.
  • All sales are final after successful delivery.
  • Refunds and cancellations are not available after delivery.
  • You have reviewed the product listing and understand what you are purchasing before completing checkout.
  • You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or claim for products that have been successfully delivered.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal after successful delivery is a violation of this policy.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed, XoticPets reserves the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, financial institution, platform, or dispute resolution service, including but not limited to:

  • Order confirmations
  • Payment records
  • Trade confirmations
  • Screenshots
  • Communication records
  • Delivery evidence
  • Any other information demonstrating that the order was fulfilled as described

Customers who initiate chargebacks after receiving their order may be permanently restricted from making future purchases from XoticPets.

Fraud Prevention

XoticPets reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict future purchases if fraudulent activity, abuse of payment systems, false claims, or attempts to obtain products without payment are suspected.
